Feeling like Kermit

It’s not nice to be jealous. But if I could write a story on the top of my refrigerator as well as Miranda July, I maybe would be one of the happiest people in the world. I’m pretty sure I would be. I’m also pretty sure my brother only had the nicest of intentions when he brought this to my attention, and so my official story here is that I’m looking this green because of all the jelly beans I ate today.

No, I don’t know her. I just love her website. I think it’s beautiful in about 15 different ways. Therefore, by completely illogical extension, I am assuming she’s beautiful, too. I must admit I have an enduring, life-long crush on her (ever since yesterday) and therefore (of course) did a tiny bit of research about her. She doesn’t have any advanced degrees (hurray!) and was raised in Berkeley by two very Berkeley-like parents. You see? You SEE where I went wrong? I forgot to be born in BERKELEY.
