I'm glad you won't settle. It's no joke the inequities between the genders, especially in the workforce. I recently read an article blogged at anthonyframe.wordpress.com about the Supreme Court's recent ruling on discrimination claims against employers. It sounds like a huge setback for labor (both white and blue collar) and women's rights. Sometimes you have to fight the good fight, and this sounds like one of those times.

Hi - I found your blog after seeing your post on Penelope Trunk's blog.I really enjoyed reading some of your posts! (And your comment on Penelope's blog - wow, I can only imagine how fast your heart was racing. (To make you feel better, if you need it, I was once walking so fast with the stroller trying to get home in time for a call that it flipped over on the edge of the sidewalk.... boy, did I feel guilty!)
Penelope's blog post just inspired me to start a collection of great juggling acts over at workitmom.com - check out, perhaps you want to add yours.

Thanks for commenting, Nataly! I'd not seen workitmom.com before (wow!) and am eager to spend some time there as soon as I get the chance. Penelope Trunk's postinspires a number of (conflicting) things in me as well, and thus many new a blog post is conceived...
