		<description>Hey, good luck.  My theory is that the best way to ace a job interview is when you don&#039;t really want (or have convinced yourself that you don&#039;t really want) the job.  It&#039;s like dating.  The more disinterested you appear the more they want you.  May sound simplistic---but it&#039;s worked for me many times!</description>
