Spinach curry is undoubtedly my absolute favourite! Always good to rethink recipes (I love Cooking Light, though). Another ingredient that might be good in this recipe--cumin! It's my favorite spice. And I can imagine it doing wonders for those bland garbanzos. (I do like garbanzos; they just aren't bursting with flavor, usually.) Ha.
