   Have you thought about making some transformational art here? All you need is a sharpie, a large serrated knife, and perhaps a potted plant or two. Oh the possibilities.

   You could even doodle a sleepy face on the mattress, or put up a “Do NOT feed the mattress!” sign, or a “get me out of here!” jailbird. Would one of those have horizontal stripes and lay cannonball-like thingies you see on death row?

   I doubt you could do that now, did you feel how soggy and gross it was after it rained?
