I will never, ever forget that dead pit of panic, nor the anger I felt when I discovered she was in a crosswalk and the driver who hit her just didn't pay attention. The speed limit is 5 mph...how hard is it for people behind the wheel to quit being selfish and arrogant and watch out for kids? When i saw your headline on the BlogHer ads, my heart sank.
